12/25/2007 10:47:10 AM I just installed this TV and I'm constantly stunned at how amazing the picture is -- sometimes it looks almost 3D. I'm not even using an HDMI connection yet and the picture is by far the best I've ever seen. I highly recommend this product. It's worth every penny. |

1/17/2008 6:59:54 PM I bought the Samsung lnt5271f on Dec. 23,07. It has the best picture available from CC. It lasted 5 days then a bad pixel appeared and grew into a small line. The line then grew to about 18 inches and read about similar problems on the net. It went back to Circuit City with no problems for a full refund. Others who bought online not as lucky, some were told to deal with Samsung directly who reluctenly sent repair shop out to fix a $4000 TV. If you are going to buy this spectacular tv buy an ironclad extended warranty from a LOCAL reputable dealer who will replace with new tv if defective. |

Buying Tips
- Confirm all merchandise and price information with the vendor, including the model (whether it is a US or non-US model), the condition of the product (whether it is new, refurbished or remanufactured), what accessories are included and what the warranty covers.

- If you have a problem with your order or with the merchandise, write a letter to the seller immediately giving all pertinent information. Make sure you keep a copy of this correspondence. Also notify your credit card company.
- If the merchandise is not shipped within 30 days, you generally have the right to a cancel your order and receive a complete refund.
- If you are unable to obtain satisfaction after notifying the seller of your problem, contact the consumer protection agency in the seller's state. And please let us know about it at PriceSCAN.com.
