8/1/2007 12:00:30 PM Arrived malfunctioning. T/S said it was a faulty lens assembly. Promptly delivered to Factory Service Center. They stated they "probably" stocked the part. This means NO. Canon's repair page states: "You can expect the repair to be completed and returned back to you within approximately 10 business days." Don't hold your breath. Only buy this "camera" from a vendor you can take it right back to and use the refund to buy a camera that works. Also I noticed it takes crummy indoor pix without flash when it doesn't shutdown. |
